Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines permitted and prohibited uses of the Services. It exists to protect customers, users, and Seraphex Inc from misuse, abuse, security risk, and legal exposure.

2. Relationship to the Terms of Service

This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Seraphex Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the actions of your authorized users and any use of the Services under your account.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use (and not to permit others to use) the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal requirement.
• Upload, transmit, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, data, or networks, including those of Seraphex or third parties.
• Bypass, disable, defeat, or interfere with authentication, authorization, logging, rate limits, security controls, or billing controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas of the Services, except as permitted by law.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Services in a manner that is disruptive, excessive, or unauthorized.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the integrity or performance of the Services, including by denial-of-service attacks or abusive automation.
• Use the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes.
• Use the Services to process or transmit data in a manner that violates your contractual, regulatory, or legal obligations.

5. Security and Abuse Reporting

If you believe a vulnerability exists or suspect unauthorized access or misuse of the Services, you must notify Seraphex promptly by emailing [email protected]. For general support or suspected policy violations, contact [email protected].

6. Enforcement

Seraphex Inc may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may take any action it deems appropriate, including restricting functionality, suspending or terminating access to the Services, removing or disabling access to content, or reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities. Seraphex may take such action with or without prior notice where necessary to protect the Services, customers, users, or Seraphex.

7. Updates

Seraphex Inc may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with the Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
